So I ended up with 15 pounds of strawberries from our little pick-your-own expedition. So I made jam. I ended up with 8 cups of freezer jam. I made strawberry-banana ice cream. Then we ate about 5 pounds. We're still working on them. I'm halfway toying with the idea of going back for more. We'll see...3.23.2006

ReplyDeleteThis is making my mouth water for homemade jam. I haven't made any for about three years. And by the time Strawberries are affordable here I'll have a brand new baby!
