For the first time, Hazel actually climbed out of her chair during dinner. The seat belt doesn't get small enough to keep her little behind in the chair. She really wanted some more dinner, just from somebody else's plate! I think I might need a different type of chair.
After dinner Nate was cleaning up and went to get the broom. When he came back, Hazel was scrubbing the floor. Consequences for bad manners during dinner!
Training them early is always good. She will be a good helper.
ReplyDeleteWhen Ella was about that age (maybe older...I don't know, I was about 16) she loved scrubbing things. I can still picture her sitting on the kitchen table at my parents' house, scrubbing and scrubbing at nothing with a wet paper towel.
