The crawfish were delicious. You can eat a ton of these. They take so long to peel and eat that you never get full!

  1. Where on earth did you get all those crawfish? I thought they only lived in the Bayous. I bet they're tasty, though. You should put the "recipe" on the recipe blog. ;)

  2. We actually bought the crawfish from the store down the street. they do come from the gulf near Louisiana though. This year they were kind of small.

    But I have since learned that they are in many other places too. Someone told me that they used to catch crawfish in several places in UTah too. Not enough to be worth the effort I'd imagine though.
