At the beginning of the week, it was in the 20's. Today I turned the air conditioner back on. Even though it's only in the 70's, it is pretty humid, which makes it feel hotter. So I can't even open my windows. My power bill is going to think it's summer year round. Tomorrow will be even warmer! Then it will cool down to the 30's by Monday, only to get warmer again for Christmas. This weather roller coaster drives me nuts.
It's hard because you have to keep all kinds of clothes accessible all the time! At least it's never boring.
ReplyDeleteMy kids never quite know what to wear to school. They wear sweatshirts and pants and sweat to death, so the next day they wear t-shirts and freeze. Life in TX!
ReplyDeleteThe kids dresser drawers are over flowing because I have to keep all their clothes out. About the only things I can for sure put away are the swimsuits. (And that doesn't make much of a dent in the clothing pile:)
ReplyDeleteIn Bolivia it is the same year round. Always cold in the house because we have no heat. It is warm in the middle of the day but that is the only time that it is warm.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm the one that benefits from your crazy Texas weather. I do have to say thank you! You made my winter this year. :)
