Cleaning the garage--yeah, two cars actually parked in the three car garage. (look - you can actually see the floor all the way across the garage!)
This was kind of motivated by the previous week's hail storm. Nate called to warn me about the hail and see if I could get the car in the garage. So the kids and I shuffled the stuff around and piled it on one side so that I could squeeze my car in. Barely made it in when the hail hit. Nate was driving his car home. It wasn't so lucky.

We got a replacement parakeet--Coco (short for coconut). Suddenly the kids are interested in the parakeets again.
Went camping with a bunch of people from church. The kids have been asking to go fishing for a while, so we went fishing while we were there. We caught a couple bass. And ate it for brunch.
Lots more to post. But it will have to wait for tomorrow.
There was a time - once, when we lived on Lime - when we had a car in our garage - I don't think it ever happened again!
ReplyDeleteI esp like the fish pic.
ReplyDeleteEverything looks great. I am proud of you. We don't have a garage but if we did, it would not look as great as yours.
ReplyDeletei don't believe the garage thing for a second. PHOTOSHOP!
ReplyDeleteI love to see all the things going on in your life and all the fabulous pictures.
ReplyDeleteI feel honored that I got to meet Coco in person the other day.
Thanks again for watching Emma :) It helped me out so much!
p.s. great job on the garage. we had 2 cars fitting but then moved a ton of stuff to the garage for angie's baby shower and so during all the hail stuff we couldn't fit the 2nd car in, but no big deal because it is geico's car and not our car- hee hee
