  1. you're right. she doesn't seem to be liking the whole flower thing. maybe she has allergies.

  2. She didn't like the feeling of the flowers next to her skin. They are pokey or thorny, just different. She was on a blanket for the other 25 pictures. But this was great!

  3. You should try laying her under the flowers... you know, everything is better with Bluebonnets on it.

  4. I haven't even seen more than one or two tiny patches this year. We haven't had enough rain, it keeps staying just north of us.

  5. Reminds me of the first time I tried to get a professional picture of all three of my kids!

  6. We had a bbq in our backyard with cousins tonight and we put a blanket on the grass. The blanket was as good as a playpen because Amanda would not go on the grass! She would shudder when she touched it! Pretty fun. I love the cute shirt Hazel is wearing!

  7. I made a typo in my comment above, there were NOT thorns or pokey stuff. And the shirt is from target. Got to love Target. We do the same thing with hazel on the grass. She hates it. Although, so do it...it is very stiff still. I think there is a major problem with our lawn. Everyone's on the street looks great, our's looks nearly dead still.

  9. Tried that, tried more water, tried weed killer, even researched possible pest problems online. I think that a lot of it died last year because of the drought and subsequent water rationing. It is just taking a long time to catch up. I think it's just a matter of time. Nate mowed yesterday - that made it look better.

  10. maybe you need a little conditioner on your grass, to soften up the blades. It should help to prevent split ends as well.
