Bummer. (It's been closed for a week!)
So we decided to check out the sprinkler park instead. It's about a 10-15 minute drive. When we got there - we found another "temporarily closed" sign.
Double Bummer!
So we filled up the kiddie pool in the back yard and I gave the kids 3 cans of shaving cream. The little kids were iffy about the cream.
But the big kids had a lot of fun with it.
They got it all over.
Next time I'll buy 10 cans of shaving cream.

A few years ago, shaving cream was the middle school choice for celebrating "end of school" - we had to be pretty vigilant about getting everyone out on the streets and the school locked up on the last day.
ReplyDeleteBut for backyard fun, it looks like the perfect choice!!
(and how can a pool in Texas be closed for a week??)
what a lot of fun!
