If that happened in my front yard I would flip out. I am terrified of one bee. That many would send me screaming into my house where I would call the exterminator!!
The bees left today while we were at church. Apparently not all the bees got the message. Every few seconds a bee flies to the tree, searches around and then flies off. But now they are gone.

ReplyDeleteIs Nathan offering money to kids for doing something to the bees? Seems like a logical extension of the worm experiment.
ReplyDeleteSo are you keeping them for food storage? Fresh honey, you could barter with that!
ReplyDeletewe've had a couple of those - an absolute nat'l geographic moment.
ReplyDeleteAfricanized? And what did you do about them?
ReplyDeleteThey also call africanized bees Killer Bees.
ReplyDeleteSo far, the bees are still here (on Sunday). They must be having a hard time finding a new nesting site.
