Happy (one day late) Birthday! Jake and I reminded each other that we needed to call you. I then ran around just like a normal crazy day and when I finally got the kids in bed and my thoughts back in order, it was 11:30 (my time). I'm glad you got to spend it at the beach though! (I'm way jealous.) Happy Birthday once more!
Betsy, I tried to call you one last week and then twice yesterday to thank you for the present. After you did not answer the second time yesterday, I thought, duh, it's beach week. I did not know it was your birthday, so Happy Birthday!!!

Okay - your pics make me want to go to the beach like right now! Looks like fun! Maybe Emma will like sand someday- she hates it now :) ha ha
