It all depends...
Nate's birthday is coming up and I decided to buy him an aquarium. He has wanted one forever and I saw a good deal on one listed on craigslist. So we told the kids we were going to look at a tank and headed down to south austin to see it. On the way home Isaac was so disappointed. He thought we were going to look at a tank, a military tank, not a fish tank. I am always surprised by how Isaac's mind works.

Tell Isaac I can relate to him. I remember going camping with my Dad and the Boy Scouts. Everyone kept saying, "We were going to see Mouse's Tank. Mouse's Tank. We're going to camp near Mouse's Tank. Are we almost to Mouse's Tank?"
ReplyDeleteI was so excited to see the tank but I wondered who would leave a tank in the middle of the desert. It turns out Mouse's Tank was a puddle of water that some guy used to drink out of. Talk about disappointed.
